Managing Director / CEO
’Niyi Ayeni holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Sociology and Demography from the nation’s premier University, the University of Ibadan, in 1985 and 1988 respectively.
He worked as the Marketing and Development Manager with Pama Int’l Ibadan in 1986 / 87 and thereafter worked with the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) Ibadan as a Research Associate. In 1990, he left for Market Trends Nigeria Ltd (now Research International), Lagos.
He joined Rosabel Advertising Ltd (Now Rosabel Leo Burnett) in 1991 and rose to become the Research Director in 2004, after holding two other senior management positions. There at Rosabel, he anchored several studies on FMCGs for both local and International clients as well as on reproductive, maternal and child health for select clientele. He has at various times consulted for the Society for Family Health (Population Services International) in the areas of questionnaire development and layout, field operations, research management, uality control, report writing and analysis and did considerable studies for UNICEF, Futures Group-Europe and the Yakubu Gowon Centre/Global Fund for the Roll Back Malaria program.
Between 2001 and 2003, he served as the Project Manager for the National Council on Privatization/Bureau of Public Enterprises. He was responsible for the conceptualization and execution of mass mobilization schemes within the South West geo-political zone – Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti and Osun States. He was responsible for policy formulation and dialogues on communication issues for NCP/BPE within the zone, establishment, maintenance and deployment of data base of influencers within the zone for mobilization, monitoring and evaluation of communication impacts, organization and facilitation of people’s fora, road shows and other grass root activities, policy dialogues/engagements with states and local governments and traditional ruling institutions, community liaison and writing of weekly and monthly reports.
He is a member of the prestigious Institute of Direct Marketing, London, Association of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Nigeria Market Research Association (NIMRA).
Research Manager
Oloruntunyi Ojo holds a Higher National Diploma degree in Accounting in 2001. He began his research career with MARP Research and Management Ltd in 2002 and rose to become the Research Coordinator in 2006 before joining Brand Surveys in 2008.
Ojo is a consummate field manager and an all round researcher with a great flair for quality control, data analysis and reporting. He has variously worked on SFH account prominent amongst which was the Behavioural Surveillance Study on HIV/AID and IPAS, Abuja on Evaluation of MPV used by Trained Nurses in Nigeria.
He has undergone several training in accounting, marketing and research over the years and he is a student member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), The Nigeria Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and an affiliate member of Marketing Research Society (MRS).
Director of Operations
Afolabi is an alumnus of Ibadan Polytechnic. He began his market research career over eighteen years ago with Research & Marketing Services Ltd. He eventually became a field manager. Being a veteran research staff and somebody that is industrious, he rose with an automatic promotion to the position of Operations Manager. Afoo has veered into many aspects of research and demonstrated a high level of mastery in them.
He is an active member of Nigeria Market Research Association [NIMRA] Afoo is widely travelled and has attended various courses in management, marketing and marketing research, over the years. .
Director, Continuous Studies
Oladipo Dada holds a diploma in Journalism and a Degree in English Education from University of Lagos. He also did courses in Library, Computer and Marketing Management.
He worked for many years as a Consultant with Development Associates and as a Researcher Manager with Research & Marketing Services Ltd. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Marketing. He has extensive practical and theoretical knowledge of market research.
Group Head (Data Analysis)
Jide is a statistician. He holds B.Sc (Hon) in Mathematics/Statistics and MBA in Marketing Management. He was a former Polytechnic Lecturer, Department of Maths/Statistics, Polytechnic, Ire, in Osun State. He has effectively handled many Market Research projects
Group Head (Field Operations)
Mr. Owoeye is bringing to bear on the Agency, his over two decades of experience in both quantitative and qualitative aspects of Market Research having worked with Data Genesis and Market Surveys of Nigeria.
